Character Design
Character design is a strategic component of brand identity, particularly within food and consumer goods categories where emotional recognition and memorability play a critical role. Well-designed characters help brands communicate personality, values, and tone in a way that is immediate, scalable, and easily recognisable across products and touchpoints.
Character Design & Illustration
For Corso’s Cookies, a comprehensive character system was developed to support brand differentiation and portfolio expansion. The characters were designed to function as part of a broader visual identity system, reinforcing brand recognition while allowing for variation across product lines and seasonal releases.

The character system was later extended beyond packaging into a published children’s picture book series. This extension demonstrated the flexibility of the character system and its ability to support brand storytelling beyond retail and packaging applications.
