VitHit | Vitamin Drinks

VITHIT is an international functional beverage brand distributed across 18 markets, selling more than 45 million bottles annually. The sparkling line packaging was developed during a pivotal phase of the brand’s international expansion and category growth.

A complete can packaging system was designed for the 2019 sparkling line launch, coinciding with VITHIT’s transformation into a scaled global beverage brand. The visual architecture was built to support high-volume retail distribution while maintaining strong flavour differentiation and clear nutritional communication.

A predominantly white base created maximum shelf contrast, allowing vibrant fruit illustrations to deliver immediate flavour recognition. Ingredient hierarchy and vitamin benefits were strategically prioritised to enhance clarity within competitive retail environments.

The resulting packaging system achieved distribution across major international retailers including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Boots, and WHSmith (UK); Walgreens and Duane Reade (US); Woolworths and Coles (Australia); Carrefour, Delhaize, and Colruyt (Europe), among others.

The can design architecture supported the brand’s 18% annual growth trajectory between 2020 and 2025 and remained in market across multiple product launches and international expansions through a five-year creative partnership.

“VITHIT sold more than 30 million bottles worldwide last year and has now landed a major distribution deal with US giant Walgreens.

Chairman and founder Gary Lavin told the Sunday Independent sales had risen 38pc in the year and he expects to sell 35 million bottles in 2022.”
